Jerry Lee Wallentine
I am an experienced attorney who fights my clients' battles in court. My focus is on only two types of cases: serious injuries and serious felonies. I represent clients who have been seriously injured, and defend clients who are facing serious criminal charges. My legal career started with me learning from some of the best and most experienced lawyers in Kansas. This early experience helped me to become a skilled and effective trial lawyer. As a private attorney with my own legal practice, I now advocate for my clients in Jackson County and Kansas City.
Prior to become an attorney, I was a professional, persuasive speaker for 10 years. My experience as a professional speaker allowed me to hone my skills and to become a dynamic, persuasive trial lawyer. I am able to utilize persuasive techniques for your benefit.
I have successfully represented many clients, in the courtroom and out, in both personal injury cases and criminal cases. I bring a track record of success at jury trials, bench trials, suppression hearings, pleas, and more. When you are facing a serious legal issues, whether criminal or personal injury, you need a skilled, dynamic, and aggressive advocate. You need to be represented by a quality trial lawyer.
If you have been badly injured, or if you have been arrested, charged or questioned in connection with a serious crime, you should call an experienced lawyer as soon as possible. In a free initial consultation, we can discuss the facts of your case and basic strategies.
My practice is based in Olathe, Kansas, right across the street from the Johnson County Courthouse. I serve clients in the Kansas City area, including Lenexa, Shawnee, Overland Park, Mission Hills, Merriam, as well as the surrounding communities of Johnson County and Wyandotte County, and Jackson County, Missouri.
